Thank you Garan. You’re absolutely right, buying a car can be stressful and I’ve been on the receiving end of the stress you describe. In 2017, I bought my own dream car. After I’d done all the paperwork, the car wouldn’t start. It needed a new battery but to do that, the front bumper had to come off and I was stuck there for 3 hours. That memory serves to me personally on how NOT to handover a car. I was looking for a car for my son who had just past his test. From the time I first spoke to Adam he was very helpful and willing to answer and questions I had. Adam let us look at the car at a time that suited us which was out of the normal office hours. The car was perfect for what my son needed. Adam made buying a first car an amazing experience for my son, he understood that my son had only passed his test the day before so we went out of town a little onto quieter roads where my son could test drive without being to worried about lots of traffic. Knowing you were travelling down from Scotland (400 miles away) the very least I could do was fill the BMW you bought with fuel.
