5 stars!! So pleased to have dealt with Adam, what an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and his flexibility was a perfect suit for us as we have a newborn. His politeness, attention to detail, authentic customer service and passion for cars really stands out. Both my husband and I both commented on how at ease he made us feel. We are so happy with our car purchase, especially after a negative experience with another local showroom. We will certainly be going back to Adam in the future for car purchases and 100% recommend his services. The car (Citroen C4 Picasso) is wonderful, lots of top spec features, immaculate condition, fairly priced - we can't wait to get some miles done in her - the perfect family car in which we can start our longer distance family adventures! As an aero fanatic myself, I love the Top Gun-esque branding of 'Miramar' and his base in Cheltenham is very smart, clean and tidy. The little touches Adam adds really make for a fantastic experience. Thanks for everything - you have made our week!

Where do I start…..right from the first phone call I knew I was buying from a genuine guy, super knowledgeable on BMWs - really put me at ease. I purchased and part exchanged my car without viewing going on Adam’s feedback online and I’m so glad I met him!
