Spent an hour with Adam this morning who genuinely helped me with my decision process on a replacement car, and with working out what model & spec would suit me best, despite it being obvious early on that this new car unfortunately wasn't likely to be something he had at the time. Helpful, knowledgeable 'low/no pressure' sales on vehicles that on first inspection seem good, tidy examples.

Simply outstanding service, friendly but professional, and fairly priced - After my initial enquiry, I was greeted swiftly and honestly. I was offered the viewing of the car but not at the garage but driven straight to my door! From Cheltenham to Weston-super-Mare is a simple enough journey but the effort made was greatly appreciated considering my busy schedule. Customer Service - Friendly and genuine. Didn't feel like a sales pitch with an over the top sales personality just simply genuine and professional and I didn't feel pressured to buy or feel the need to compromise on any part. Test drive was enjoyable and felt very relaxed with no time frame/distance set. NOT ONLY THIS - after being very happy with my purchase and part exchange of my old car, I later that day requested a copy of the video used in the Advert. Again, I swiftly received a reply with the video. To my shock, I received another reply saying my part exchange car broke down not long after the purchase! I never would have thought would have happened but it did and proof was provided and it cost him an excess of £140+. I felt obliged to pay this as the service was so great and I felt personally responsible for this unfortunate circumstance. Moral of the story - Had I not messaged him about the video I doubt I would have received any message regarding this incident and he would be simply short of pocket - just goes to show what great personality and professionalism is shown. 100% RECCOMEND.

I have recently part exchanged my 1 series bmw for an 3 series GT. I honestly can not recommend Adam enough amazing customer service even after buying the car. Adam went above and beyond to make everything super easy even chucking in an new plate and two new tyres!

I brought a m235i from Miramar cars on 13/6/21. I can honestly say that this is the best experience I have had when buying something. A*** would get back to me very quickly and would text/phone me about any queries I had. He sent me videos of the car and explained everything that the car had in terms of options. He was kind enough to even take the car to BMW and have the wheels sprayed black for me as that I didn’t have to do this myself. He gave me a very fair price for my car I was part exchanging and even delivered the new car for me. It was a absolute pleasure to meet and deal with A***and I would definitely encourage anyone who is thinking of buying a car to go with Miramar cars as you will not be disappointed. I recently purchased a VW Golf TCR from Adam at Mirimar. I have to say in all the years of buying cars this is definitely the most complete service. From my initial enquiry via message I the received a phone call from Adam with 30 mins. We arranged a viewing and even though he had received other offers he kept to his word and didn't sell the car until I had seen it. The car was presented extremely well and Adam was very professional in every aspect. This was definitely the best service I have ever received and he even messaged me to check I had got home safely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. This was quite simply a five star service which in my opinion is very hard to find these days when buying a car.
