Adam is very knowledgeable about the cars that he sells. He’s happy to answer questions, pricing his cars fairly and valuing yours fairly as well. Adam is realistic and honest about what he is selling, it helps that he knows he has a good product and this is reassuring as a customer. I found the level of detail he went to in the photos and description to be very helpful and accurate so that when I arrived to view the car there were no surprises. I didn't expect to enjoy buying a car. After encountering standard issue car sales types elsewhere I was super anxious about getting ripped off. Changing from saloon to SUV , I needed to check if the driving position was ok for me. More anxiety... Originally I spoke to Adam about the golf gti he had for sale and he told me there was a deposit on the car . I left it at that and looked else where . Adam had the decency to contact me because the sale had fallen through and now I'm the owner of a beautiful golf gti . Ther car was exactly as Adam decribed it . It was a pleasure to do business with Adam and I hope we may be able to do business again .
