Six months ago, I purchased my BMW F11 from Adam at Miramar Cars and the whole experience was by far the most memorable and exceptional.Adam exceeded every single benchmark I had in terms of customer experience. Every single step of the purchase was faultless and he has truly set the bar high for customer experience. - Firstly, meticulously prepared photos and detailing of the car. Adam's photos alone gave me every confidence that I was looking at a car that was in great condition. - Throughout the entire process, Adam was professional, approachable and prompt in all his communication.- As hinted at earlier, the car was prepared and delivered in great condition. The test drive was straightforward, I didn't feel under any pressure and he has such a warmth to his character.- After purchase, Adam was swift in addressing any queries or concerns I had, and six months on the car remains spot-on. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam/Miramar Cars for their well-chosen vehicles and exceptional customer experience - the definition of Lasting Impressions.

From the moment I picked up the phone to speak with him, it was clear that Adam is a true professional and a genuinely kind person to do business with. On the day, car was clean, Adam offered tea and coffees with biscuit. In the nice warm office, reviewed the paperwork, had a nice chat. Lastly a great test drive. At no point were we pressured, from a trader point of view and a customer this is by far one of the best customer service we have ever received.

Adam is passionate about his business and his wealth of knowledge about cars is second to none. He has a genuine interest in his customers which shines through. We test drove 2 immaculate Minis and at no time did we feel rushed as he guided us through the most suitable option. I purchased a BMW Z4 from Adam in July and having now owned it for a couple of months am very happy to leave yet another gleaming review for Miramar cars. The purchase experience was totally stress free from start to finish and Adam was a pleasure to deal with. His long experience in the field means that he is very selective about his stock and that takes the worry out of buying a second-hand car. There was no pressure at all from him and he clearly knows that the quality of his cars and the competitive pricing means that he can focus on the purchase experience. Very well done Adam, I will definitely be looking at your stock first the next time I buy.

The most stress free buying experience! We opted for delivery from Adam and after paying a deposit he offered to deliver just a couple of days after but we changed for the following week and that was no trouble for Adam at all. Upon delivery Adam unloaded the car and kindly put it on the drive for me. We went through all the paperwork and details of the car and it was an all round lovely experience. He was kind and helpful and answered any questions I had. If ever in future we need a new car we know where we’ll be checking first!

Wow, what an amazing experience. Adam is by far the nicest and most genuine car salesman you’ll ever meet. Adam was polite and bubbly, had all the time in the world for us to look round the car and take it on a long test drive despite us arriving towards the end of the day. Needless to say the car was spectacular and we thought it couldn’t get any better, Adam gave it to us with a full tank of fuel! We were sat down in his lovely office and were given refreshments while we sorted the paper work and he even took some money off the top for us to have a spare key made. Buying a new car is usually scary, not knowing what you’re about to be sold or potentially having to deal with a bad garage - this does not exist in Adam’s world, just so genuine and left us so relieved after having a bad experience with another garage just before this. Should we want to buy another car, we will be going straight to adam. Top top bloke and an astonishing car.

To be honest I'm generally not big on reviews, but this guy deserves one. Ok so he's a really nice guy as everyone says, but what makes him different is his complete professionalism, his transparency, and his attention to detail, from the beginning to the end of the process.

My partner and I travelled down to meet Adam today and view one of his cars. I don’t think any business can compare to the level of customer service and personal touch that Adam applies to his business. An incredibly knowledgeable and friendly guy who you can tell puts his customers at the forefront of all his thinking. In terms of the vehicle, absolutely outstanding and exactly as described in the ad. For any future vehicle needs of mine I will 100% be checking Miramar cars first!
