Excellent service from start to finish, Adam was a pleasure to deal with and is a real nice bloke, he picked me up from the train station as I travelled a long way to get the car, and he even treated me to lunch. The car is in fantastic condition and is exactly as described I couldn’t be more happy, thanks Adam your a gentleman.

Adam was extremely helpful and accommodating, very honest and friendly ... we travelled from Lanarkshire Scotland down to Cheltenham to view and buy a 15 plate BMW 5 series and he was upfront about any tiny defects with the car before we travelled so that there were no nasty surprises when we got there .. the car is fab, drives like a dream, and he even threw in full tank of fuel to get us home ... would highly recommend and would purchase from him again .. my son has even followed him on social media 😂

Drove down from Liverpool to see a car that I had been looking at online. I enquired about the car, Adam was so quick to reply. He answered every question I had & also kept his word. Arrived at Miramar cars , Adams personality very quickly put you at ease (some car dealers just have that pushy energy) Adam was so nice, we took the car for a test drive , he went through all of its functions and quirks he really knows the car he is selling. On the test drive it was almost like driving around with an old friend, we talked about our favourite cars & being a fellow car enthusiast; it was great ! ... in the end I was sold on the car. He really takes pride in what he does and sells the cars in beautiful condition and even takes a little Polaroid picture when the deal has went through which again, is unique and such a nice touch. I'm so happy with my car, and extremely glad I've came across Miramar cars, Adam thank you so much for your kindness, you are amazing at what you do & bring what sometimes can seem like a stressful event (buying the right car) an absolute breeze. We change our cars frequently and thus spend a lot of time speaking to dealers and having test drives. We are new-ish to the Cheltenham area and came across Miramar by chance (setting our "filters" on Auto Trader to find a sub 40k miles & sub £15k BMW i3). Once we spoke to Adam, and then met him and had a test drive we realised that even if the i3 wasn't the right car for us, Adam was the right dealer for us and we would most likely buy a car from him- his stock of BMWs & Minis is carefully selected and keenly priced. However, we bought the BMW i3, and haven't stopped smiling since we posed for the obligatory Polaroid snap outside Adam's office. Adam himself is everything a car dealer should be - he listened, asked questions, and we had a conversation - we could point at so many dealers we have dealt with and walked away from even if they had the car we wanted - they should all come and spend time with Adam to see how a motivated, passionate, knowledgeable expert deals with customers. Finally, I did wonder how Adam has managed to get 186 5* reviews - but once I met him I understood how - and I'm very pleased to be writing his 186th 5* review. Having had several encounters ( not all good) with car salesmen over my 30 year driving history, I have to say how refreshing it was to meet Adam @ Miramar Cars !! From the initial enquiry about the BMW M235i to the detailed personal walk round video of the car, to arranging a viewing on Easter Sunday of all days, to the test drive and comprehensive viewing, I have to say Adam was faultless!! Having travelled 3 hours (150 miles) to view the car, it was a trip worth making, nothing was too much trouble, Adam answered all of my questions and explained every function of the car, even setting up the phone Bluetooth connection and the sat nav to get me home, not forgetting to mention the full tank of fuel !! Adam certainly knows the BMW brand!! All I can say is if you want to purchase a quality used car from a genuine car dealer, with no pressure you won’t go far wrong with Adam @ Miramar Cars !!
